Hot Lunch Program

Munch a Lunch is an online Hot Lunch ordering program that helps us track and manage the program in way that’s easier for everyone. With all good things there are some rules:

• Online orders and payment only.
• Order deadline is Tuesday at 2pm for lunch that week. No late orders!
• If the participant is not able to attend that Friday we will not be able to save or refund the lunch.

Please note that this website was created for schools so it might seem like some of the headings don’t really fit for Clay Tree. We have labelled the rooms that the participants attend (PURPLE, SAGE etc.). When you sign up you will be registering as the “parent” for a “student”. Once you have registered your information will be saved.
Each menu includes Dairy Free or Gluten Free options. We keep track of whether your participant is gluten or dairy free, and we will provide the appropriate lunch to your participant once we have the order. If there’s no gluten or dairy free option on the menu please do not order the hot lunch for that day.

While we get used to this new system we are happy to provide these lunches for just $5.00 each. We will do everything we can to keep it affordable, but we may need to raise the price a little in the future.

Please remember that the deadline to order is Tuesdays at 2:00 pm for lunch that Friday.

Hot Lunch orders will only be taken through the online website. We can’t accept cash and we can’t change the deadlines.
